As a result of a number of new business wins we are looking for a SEO Manager to join our growing agency team and take the lead on a number of client accounts.
We’re looking for a results SEO Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team and take ownership of all client SEO strategies and campaign management.
This is a new role, and we are looking for someone to join our creative and content team who is keen to make an impact and craft their writing skills and develop their career working in a digital agency.
The role will involve writing website copy, ad copy and content for SEO, working with clients that include large national brands and small start up and scale businesses. Our continuous improvement approach to digital marketing means that as an agency we play a vital role in their success.
Be able to audit client websites, summarise findings, make recommendations for optimisation work and create SEO strategies
Create monthly SEO reports including on page optimisation suggestions, technical improvements, local SEO suggestions and ranking analysis
Carry out keyword research and topic recommendations for client content
Deliver backlink audits and backlink recommendations
Create effective, engaging copy in line with client strategy
Write to a consistent tone of voice appropriate for the clients audience, and understand how to use TOV guidelines
Work closely with our design team and Creative Director to ensure copy and visuals work together
Work closely with the paid media team for reporting and new client strategy
Need to have
Knowledge of standard and current SEO practices
Proven experience as SEO executive or manager
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
Experience of creating SEO audits and SEO reports
Experience / familiarity with Screaming Frog, SEMRush (or other similar SEO tool), GA, GSC
Experience presenting reports and audits to clients
Strong attention to detail
An ability to multitask, prioritise work, and manage deadlines with minimum supervision
Useful to have
Ideally we’re looking for someone who has worked in an agency role in some capacity, either in a FT paid role or as work experience.
