As a result of a number of new business wins we are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing agency team and take the lead on a number of client accounts.

  • Hybrid working – with at least 2 days a week working from our Leeds city centre office
  • Experience in Paid Media, Biddable Media, PPC, Paid Search, Account Management

 

The role

We’re looking for a results driven Paid Media Manager to join our Digital Marketing Team and take ownership of all Paid Media strategies and campaign management.

The paid media team is relatively new, and we are looking for someone to take the lead on developing and implementing strategies across PPC, Display, Paid Search, supported by the client services team. The role will be primarily on fulfilling the needs of our existing clients, who rely on the agency to ensure performance media delivers the clicks, calls, leads and sales that their businesses need. Our continuous improvement approach means that as an agency we play a vital role in their success.

As a digital marketing agency you will also have an important role to play in helping the agency win new business, as part of its integrated approach, working with colleagues in insight, creative, development and SEO. As part of this you will help to shape the strategy that gathers the insight the creative team needs, then ensures the right messages reach the right audience at the right time.

Day to day you’ll have a small team to manage, to ensure the agency is delivering against all client objectives, managing budgets, testing channels, optimising performance and reporting to the client.

Key responsibilities

  • Taking the lead on both strategy and implementation of campaigns across PPC/Paid Social
  • Manage PPC, shopping, remarketing, display campaigns across Google, Bing, and all social & retargeting networks
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, and quality score
  • Track KPIs to assess performance, pinpoint issues, provide oversight and work closely with the broader e-commerce team members to deliver success.
  • Monitoring and forecasting account budgets and monthly spending to deliver an excellent balance of ROI & ROAS
  • Creation and optimisation of engaging campaigns and advertising strategies
  • Edit and review ad campaign copy and text to ensure it delivers the maximum ROI
  • Proactive in seeking out new opportunities for growth through PPC

 

Need to have

  • Experience in Paid Media, Biddable Media, PPC, Paid Search
  • At least 3 years’ experience working in a Paid Search environment
  • Experience working with significant budgets
  • The drive to be an expert in your field by keeping up to date with the latest Paid Media / Biddable trends
  • The left side – You’ll love data and how you can use it to deliver better results
  • The right side – You’ll be able to think creatively and communicate your ideas well to colleagues and clients alike

 

Useful to have

Ideally we’re looking for someone who has worked agency side, and is used to managing multiple clients, prioritising work, and working as part of an integrated marketing team.
