Creode is recruiting for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing team of digital specialists.
The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing our client’s online presence through strategic planning and execution of pay-per-click, paid social and display campaigns. They will be responsible for driving targeted traffic, increasing conversion rates, and improving brand awareness for our clients. This role requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of different paid advertising platforms.

Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and social media.
Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimisation for PPC campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and make recommendations for improvements.
Manage budgets, bid strategies, and track ROI to ensure campaigns meet client objectives.
Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling ad copy and visuals.
Work closely with clients to understand their digital marketing objectives and tailor strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present regular reports on PPC performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Provide recommendations for future campaigns based on performance data and client feedback.
Assist in client meetings and workshops, offering insights and advice on digital marketing strategies.
While we don’t expect you to have all of these skills, some would be an advantage. For the more technical elements below, we’re looking for conceptual understanding rather than hands-on experience.
Core Skills
Paid Search & Social Advertising Expertise – Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Amazon Advertising.
Keyword Research & Campaign Structure – Ability to conduct keyword research, structure campaigns effectively, and optimise for performance.
Data Analysis & Reporting – Strong skills in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools to track KPIs, conversion rates, and ROI.
Bid & Budget Management – Experience with automated and manual bidding strategies to maximise ad spend efficiency.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) – Understanding of landing page optimisation, A/B testing, and user experience improvements to drive conversions.
Audience Targeting & Segmentation – Proficiency in using first-party and third-party data to refine audience targeting (e.g., remarketing, lookalike audiences).
Copywriting & Ad Creative Optimisation – Ability to write compelling ad copy and work with designers on visuals for better engagement.
A/B Testing & Experimentation – Running controlled tests to improve ad performance across platforms.
Technical Proficiency – Familiarity with tracking pixels, UTM parameters, API integrations, and marketing automation tools.
E-commerce & Lead Generation Experience – Understanding different campaign objectives, whether for sales, leads, or app installs.
Desirable Experience
Google Ads & Meta Blueprint certifications (or similar).
Experience prioritising work across multiple clients simultaneously, in campaign and project based work
Familiarity with programmatic advertising and Display & Video 360 (DV360).
Knowledge of SEO principles to complement PPC efforts.
Understanding of privacy regulations like GDPR and CCPA regarding user data and tracking.
