The official blurb sent via email, just last night reads:
“As of 27th July, Maestro cards will no longer be accepted as a
payment method by Google Checkout.”

This causes huge problems for Google Checkout users accross the web. Maestro is MasterCard’s Worldwide leading debit brand, and offers over 540 million cardholders, many of them in the UK.

So, what’s next? Say bye bye to Google Checkout for now…
